Changes or cancellations can be made via this site up to 24 hours before the time of your appointment.
If you need to make changes within 24 hours of your appointment please call the salon on 01684 770439, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the full cost of your booked treatments for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice.
Where you are a new customer who has not booked with us before, we may contact you to request a deposit payment before your appointment.
